I first became interested in massage and its benefits 12 years ago whilst working in a very busy corporate world. I was amazed at the ability of such treatments to relieve stress and tensions held in the body.

I pursued my interest and undertook ITEC training in Holistic Massage Therapy – subsequently qualifying on 2009 from City Lit. I have since continued to develop my skills through further training.

I am fully qualified, insured and licensed to practice by the local authority.

I have a passionate belief in the healing aspects of massage and the overall sense of well-being that can be achieved as a result. I look forward to using these skills to help you.

I came 3rd in the National Massage Championships at Olympia in 2019. Here I could demonstrate the techniques I regularly use to induce deep relaxation, reduce anxiety and help my clients focus.
